Hardy plants outdoors mirror the tender plants under glass, making a visual connection between indoors and out. Selected silver forms of Rhapidophyllum hystrix outdoors mirror the Bismarckina nobilis indoors, while hardy outdoor agaves mirror the less hardy ones indoors.
